Journalist Amy Goodman Arrested at RNC
Journalist Amy Goodman, of Democracy Now!, was arrested at the Republican National Convention on Monday. She was charged with conspiracy to riot, but was released today. More details HERE.

Very scary stuff happening around the DNC and RNC police actions, especially with the preemptive raids and fusion centers. As a fan of DemocracyNOW, this one strikes close to home.
When I listened to the Democracy Now program and heard Amy Goodman describing her experience, I was horrified. I got to work and could hardly focus what I needed to do. I was telling everyone about it. Thanks for posting this so more people can be aware of what happened.
