We honored community leader Charles D. Layman, former CEO of Goodwill of Central & Coastal Virginia, with a one-of-a-kind portrait. Hundreds of ties were donated by his colleagues to create this artwork, which was commissioned to celebrate his retirement. Photographs of the finished piece are now on display at the Goodwill headquarters while the ties were reused by the organization to support their career services work.
